The Staff

We've got a well-qualified and highly-experienced group of staff who work closely with the students to support and guide their achievements and progress. The mixture of professional qualifications, high quality training, sensitivity to individual needs and dedication and commitment within the staff combine with intensive monitoring to ensure good quality education and care.

We have an experienced speech and language therapist, several qualified careers advisors, qualified and experienced teachers and a large number of qualified support workers who work seamlessly across all parts of the college. All staff - whatever their position - play a part in the learning of the students throughout the day, evening and weekend.

All students have a personal tutor to guide their practical and vocational learning whilst residential students also have a support tutor to guide their residential learning. One of the tutors keeps in regular touch with students' families and carers.
