Are you looking for an opportunity in a changing, supportive and challenging environment?

Homefield College is a relatively small Independent Specialist College and a charity, who provides provision for adults

(16 years and upwards) with a range of learning difficulties.

We have a main college site, café, internet café, print shop and several small residential and supported living residencies that require motivated staff to enable our students and residents to achieve their aims and objectives.

We have the following permanent positions:

Care Support Worker
Various hours and shift patterns available, these include evenings and alternate weekends.  If you have drive and enthusiasm and want to make a real difference to people’s lives, we want to hear from you.  An NVQ 2 or equivalent in care would be an advantage but NOT essential.  All staff will complete an induction programme which will prepare you for the role.  We also provide training and qualification opportunities to support any future career aspirations.

Job Coach
To support the Assistant Principal Teaching & Learning to ensure the students achieve their maximum potential. Your role will be key in supporting students to gain valuable work skills to enable them to go on into the world of work after college (paid or voluntary). You will provide work experience support as a Job Coach, which will adopt training in systematic instruction and job coach strategies.

The above positions are subject to an enhanced DBS checks.
