We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Curriculum Manager to join our team. The role reports to the Head of Curriculum & Quality and would work within a team of Curriculum Managers.
The individual should be passionate about the education of students who are autistic and with additional learning disabilities. The role requires someone who identifies the potential within the students and leads their team to realise that potential, to empower students with the skills to become equal citizens.
The curriculum area this role would lead is focused on enabling students to progress to employment and so has a strong vocational focus to support this. Having experience in a vocational curriculum will be an advantage.
The role would line manage tutors and work with partners associated with the provision, so it is desirable that you have previous line management experience.
Homefield College is a community that focuses on each student as an individual and constructs their learning journey from that basis, to ensure that they have the best opportunity for success.
Our focus as an organisation is on the continued development of teaching, learning and assessment to provide the best possible experience to our students and we would be looking for a candidate who is committed to the continued raising of quality to support this ethos.
