Contract: Permanent, 37 hours / 38 weeks per year

We’re looking for a confident individual to support our students to gain valuable work skills, to enable them to go on into the world of work after college whether this is paid or voluntary employment. Within this role you will also support overall teaching and learning in sessions to help students achieve maximum potential.

The successful applicant will hold a relevant Level 3 qualification and Level 2 English and Maths whilst also having experience of working with young adults with learning disabilities. Experience of providing training and support to students in order for them to be able to complete the required job and meet employment standards is essential. You will also need to be confident, well organised and self-motivated, along with being flexible to meet the needs of the organisation.
