Homefield is an independent specialist college for students with learning & communication disabilities; the majority of our students are on the Autistic Spectrum. We provide specialist education for post-16 learners who are preparing for adulthood. Each student at Homefield benefits from an individual timetable to suit their own educational progression needs and interests.

We are now looking for a skilled practitioner to lead our multidisciplinary team, with a focus on empowering and supporting our students to enable them to participate in activities that will prepare them for their adult life.

The successful applicant will be a current practitioner within the following areas of practice: Speech & Language, Occupational or Behavioural. They will need to lead the team to work with curriculum colleagues and ensure that therapies are an integral part of the education provision.

Experience of working with students with learning disabilities is essential, along with being creative, well organised and self-motivated, as well as flexible to meet the needs of the organisation.
