Salary: £30,926.53 (FTE)

Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual that can provide a professional Executive Support service for our Senior Team in particular the Principal. They will be required to build and develop relationships with managers and staff at all levels to provide support throughout the college in accordance with our organisational values.
The role will require the successful candidate to act as a personal assistant to the Principal, coordinate and schedule the work of the Senior Management Team and support with minutes from meetings. They will also be involved in coordinating and supporting with all staff events such as training and conferences as well as helping with preparing documentation for board meetings. The Executive Assistant must be comfortable communicating with all staff and external parties as well as trustees. They will be required to support with budgets, proof reading documents and producing meeting resources.
