Contract: 22.5 hours per week (3 days) / 52 weeks per year
Salary: £31,871 (FTE)

Homefield College is looking for a HR & Business Systems Coordinator to join our small and friendly HR team; this is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in HR or an Education Office setting. You will be mentored in your role to deliver exceptional first line support to a range of stakeholders in all aspects of employee relations, recruitment, payroll, onboarding and management information.

Working as part of a proactive, innovative and responsive HR team you will provide pragmatic, creative and business focused HR solutions and recommendations across the College. You will be able to build strong relationships with managers and staff at all levels and be able to provide support and guidance on a range of HR matters.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and highly organised. We are seeking someone who is either CIPD qualified (or equivalent) or working towards this qualification. HR advisory experience is desirable.
