Communications Assistant
Start Date: September 2024
Salary: £27,723.91 per annum (pro rata for under 37 hours)
Contract: 30 – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Location: Hybrid – Sileby and Home working possibilities

Welcome to Homefield, a charity and Further Education college providing education, training and support to adults who have learning and / or communication disabilities.
We have an exciting opportunity for an emerging communications professional to support our Communications team in developing Homefield’s internal and external communications and growing our digital presence.
For this role, we are looking for a confident writer with a creative flair, who enjoys working as part of a team to reach new audiences and engage with others through their content. You will have experience using social media platforms, whether for your own personal use or through work experience for an organisation / cause.
This is an excellent role to further develop your skills in communications, marketing and events with the support of our Communications Lead. Homefield is committed to supporting staff development and offers Continual Professional Learning (CPL) opportunities to enhance knowledge and abilities where appropriate.
