Salary: £41,479 per annum
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours / 52 weeks per year

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the college, and we are now seeking an innovative individual to lead on quality development for the college and drive achievement and attainment for all our students. This will involve bringing about change, being a positive role model, building strong teams and empowering others. Our new post-holder will secure high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, and autism practice and embed a culture of high expectations throughout the college and ensure that our offer continues to meet the needs of our students and prepares them for adulthood.
The successful applicant will be a proven leader within the FE and/or SEND sector, who is able to work both operationally and strategically. A strong track record of driving quality and leading curriculum developments, as well as working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders are considered essential skills as is a relevant level 5 and PGCE/CertEd teaching qualifications and a shared a commitment to our values.
