Job Coach Sileby
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Job Coach based in our Sileby branch, to deliver effective and individualised programmes which enable educational experiences and prepares our students for adulthood and independent living. As a Job Coach you will join our small and friendly Supported Internship team, working closely with both students and employers to ensure placements are appropriate and students have the necessary training and resources to be able to perform the role independently. You may also support teaching and learning sessions to help students achieve their maximum potential.
