Learning Support Assistant – Sileby & Mountsorrel
Play a vital role in supporting young people in overcoming barriers, gaining essential life skills and preparing for adulthood with confidence.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Salary range: £21,736.53 - £23,106.69 for a 5‑day role. The salary will be pro‑rata for 3 or 4‑day working arrangements
Contract: Part-Time, Term Time (3, 4 or 5 days per week), Term time only (37 weeks)

Head of Quality & Standards – Part-Time
Lead strategic initiatives to enhance the quality of teaching, learning and assessment across the college.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £70,000- £72,724 FTE (pro-rata to the agreed hours)
Contract: Part-time (up to 25 hours per week), 52 weeks
Closing Date: Thursday 14th May, 2026 at 12:00pm
SEND Specialist Tutor
Play a vital role in helping young people overcome barriers, gain essential life skills and prepare for adulthood with confidence.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £33,299 - £36,193 (based on experience)
Contract: Full-time or Part-time, 52 weeks per year
Closing Date: Sunday 17th May, 2026 at 12:00pm
Speech and Language Therapist
Join our team as a Speech and Language Therapist, where you will help shape our newly established service providing vital assessment, intervention and support for students with autism and learning difficulties. You will manage a diverse caseload of communication needs while working within a collaborative multi-disciplinary team to ensure every student achieves their full potential.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £37,254.61
Contract: Full-Time - 37 hours a week, 52 weeks a year
Closing Date: Wednesday 20th May, 2026 at 12:00pm
