Community Learning Assistant

Contract: Part-Time, Term Time, 3 days per week, Term time only (37 weeks)

Learning Support Assistant – Sileby & Mountsorrel

Salary: £12,179.18–£12,501.43 (actual salary) for a 3‑day role. £16,238.90 - £16,668.57 (actual salary) for 4-day role.
Contract: Part-Time, Term Time, 3 or 4 days per week, Term time only (37 weeks)

SEND Specialist Tutor – Nuneaton
Passionate about empowering young people who have learning and communication disabilities? Join us as a SEND Specialist Tutor (Pathway 1) and help shape their journey toward independence and success!
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £34,398 - £43,595 per annum FTE (depending on experience and qualifications - successful candidates who hold specialist (SEND) qualifications will receive an additional payment determined by the level and nature of the qualification achieved - from £1,393 up to £4,787 per annum)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent Contract

Health Coordinator
Coordinate and oversee students’ health and care needs, ensuring safe, person-centred support through effective care planning, staff development and partnership working with families and healthcare professionals.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £26,354.00
Contract: Full-time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
Closing Date: Thursday 5th November, 2026 at 12:00pm
Site Coordinator (22.5 hours)
Ensure a safe, secure and well-maintained college environment through effective site management, compliance oversight and the promotion of a positive health and safety culture.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £17,640.16
Contract: 22.5 hours per week, 40 weeks a year

Site Coordinator (37 hours)
Ensure a safe, secure and well-maintained college environment through effective site management, compliance oversight and the promotion of a positive health and safety culture.

Salary: £29,008.27
