We run our own enterprises to give our students valuable experience in real workplace environments under professional guidance from our trained staff.
People with learning disabilities often struggle to find meaningful paid employment and so we give our students the best chance to enter the world of work with experience and qualifications to enhance their CVs.
Students develop their independence by travelling to work using public transport as well as having the opportunity to work towards formal qualifications such as City & Guilds Skills for Working Life.
Through skills developed in our cafe and training salon, we help our students achieve their career aspirations by developing their transferable skills ready to go onto paid employment, supported internships or further vocational education.
