Homefield places are in demand! We recommend you start the application process as soon as possible and complete our Initial Interest Form.
- If you want to come to Homefield, you need to name us in your EHCP review in the first term of your last year at school.
- If you have already had your EHCP review, you need to contact the Local Authority and your current setting directly to say that we are your preference.
