Salary: Salary range: £21,736.53 - £23,106.69 for a 5‑day role. The salary will be pro‑rata for 3 or 4‑day working arrangements
Contract: Part-Time, Term Time (3, 4 or 5 days per week), Term time only (37 weeks)

Learning Support Assistant – Sileby & Mountsorrel
Responsibilities:
- Support the effective embedding of Literacy, Numeracy, Communication, IT, British Values and Prevent in all aspects of learning.
- Support the incorporation of a student’s Behaviour and Communication Plan.
- Ensure that all students are supported appropriately and receive a safe learning experience, which meets both their individual needs and those of their EHCP.
- Support the process of tracking a student’s progress, including accurate record keeping (EFL)
- Ensure the safety of students by supporting and adhering to Risk Assessments.
- Provide mobility and personal care support to our students where needed.
- Support students on visits and work placement opportunities.
- If necessary, travel to meet with the student.
