10K For 10K

We're launching Community Hubs - safe, welcoming spaces where autistic young people can meet friends, build confidence and take part in social activities without fear of judgement or isolation.

These hubs respond directly to what young people tell us they need:

“I want a social life. Somewhere I can go to make friends and do stuff at the weekends with people like me.”

To make this a reality, we’re aiming to raise £10,000.

How we’re raising it

On Sunday 1st March 2026, we are running the Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All Leicester 10K. We’re inviting individuals, groups, clubs and workplaces to join us – or to run their own 10K challenge – to help us reach the £10K target.

Why it matters

Promoting Connection

Autistic young people are at significantly higher risk of loneliness and social isolation.

Building Bright Futures

Many autistic young people tell us they have nowhere to go at weekends or after college.

Creating Community

Community Hubs will offer structured, supported social spaces where they can build friendships and feel part of something.

Every runner helps us get closer to opening these hubs – and closer to giving young people the belonging they deserve.

How you can get involved

If you can’t make the Leicester event, you can also complete a 10K anywhere – on campus, in a park, on a treadmill – and still fundraise for Homefield.

What we will provide

  • A free supporter pack
  • Fundraising guidance
  • Social media assets
  • Updates on the campaign and the impact of the funds raised
