I am a finance professional with a strong background in healthcare finance. Currently, I lead financial planning at the Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board, where I manage strategic planning across organisations with a combined budget of over £2.2 billion.
Prior to this, I was Head of Finance at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, where I supported major transformation and improvement programmes, focusing on financial sustainability and better outcomes for patients.
My career has also included leadership roles at global companies like Dell, Worldwide Clinical Trials, and Walgreens Boots Alliance, giving me a broad perspective across sectors. I’m a Chartered Global Management Accountant and hold an MBA in Healthcare Finance, along with other qualifications in project management and international financial reporting.
I’m passionate about improving healthcare systems and tackling educational inequality, which is why I also serve as a Board Trustee at Homefield College. I live in Nottingham and speak Italian, English, and Spanish.
Why did I become a Trustee?
I became a Trustee at Homefield College to support inclusive education and give back using my financial and strategic skills. I’m passionate about creating opportunities for individuals with learning difficulties and helping ensure the college remains strong, well-governed, and focused on delivering life-changing outcomes.
