Partnerships and Curriculum Campus Manager
To provide operational leadership for a college site and the College’s external partnerships and subcontracted provision, ensuring a high-quality, inclusive and compliant learning environment across all external delivery models. The Partnerships Manager will actively manage subcontractor performance and compliance, while building strategic relationships with other key stakeholders that align with the College’s values of empowerment, respect, equality, sustainability and collaboration.
Core Duties
Leadership and Management
- Provide values-led leadership to create an inclusive culture of high expectations while supporting staff wellbeing, engagement and empowerment.
- Lead and develop teams through collaborative working, professional trust and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Line manage designated staff, ensuring performance is effectively supported, challenged and developed through coaching, mentoring and regular review.
- Ensure partner staff are aligned with college expectations regarding student wellbeing, engagement and empowerment.
Subcontractor Performance
- Oversee the performance management of all educational subcontractors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment aligned with autism best practice.
- Implement robust contract management, including working with the quality team to ensure there is regular observation of teaching and learning, student progress and progress reviews.
- Monitor, evaluate and challenge subcontractor performance data to drive continuous improvement and ensure equitable outcomes.
- Lead intervention and support plans where subcontractor performance falls below agreed key performance indicators.
Partnership Development
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders that align with the College’s values, including further education colleges, community organisations and other external stakeholders to support progression, work experience and inclusion.
- Champion innovative and inclusive partnership approaches that empower students to build positive relationships and connections within their communities.
- Identify and onboard new high-quality partners and subcontractors in line with college strategic growth and curriculum priorities.
Operational Management
- Ensure full subcontractor compliance with funding rules, safeguarding, health and safety, Prevent and all relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Manage partnership contracts, service level agreements (SLAs) and allocated budgets safely and effectively.
- Oversee the robust collection, verification and reporting of subcontractor data to support funding claims and internal quality reports
Collaboration and Student Experience
- Work collaboratively with other campus managers to ensure external provision seamlessly aligns with wider college standards, curriculum pathways and support systems.
- Ensure the student voice within subcontracted provision is actively captured, listened to and embedded into decision-making.
