Curriculum Campus Manager
To provide operational leadership for a designated campus, ensuring a high-quality, inclusive and empowering learning environment. The Campus Manager will work collaboratively across the College to support students to achieve their full potential, embedding the values of empowerment, respect, equality, sustainability and collaboration in all aspects of campus life.
Core Duties
Leadership and Management
- Provide values-led leadership to create an inclusive culture of high expectations while supporting staff wellbeing, engagement and empowerment.
- Lead and develop teams through collaborative working, professional trust and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Line manage teaching and learning staff, ensuring performance is effectively supported, challenged and developed through coaching, mentoring and regular review.
Teaching, Learning and Curriculum Delivery
- Ensure delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, aligned with autism best practice and college priorities.
- Champion innovative and inclusive approaches that empower students to take ownership of their learning and personal development.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of curriculum delivery, ensuring consistency, quality and a positive student experience.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching standards, using data and feedback to drive improvement and ensure equitable outcomes for all students.
- Ensure robust and effective support systems are in place to meet the diverse needs of students.
Student Experience and Outcomes
- Champion innovative, inclusive learning, approaches and robust support systems that meet diverse student needs.
- Lead student-centred approaches, ensuring that student voice is actively embedded into decision-making.
- Promote enriching opportunities that support personal development, independence and community engagement.
- Drive improvements in key performance areas, including attendance, achievement and progression, ensuring fair and inclusive opportunities for students.
Operational Management
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the campus, ensuring a safe, organised and welcoming environment.
- Oversee admissions, assessment and transition processes to ensure all students are supported effectively from entry through to progression.
- Manage campus operations and allocated budgets safely, ensuring full compliance with safeguarding, health and safety and regulatory requirements
Partnerships and Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure consistency and alignment of practice.
- Develop relationships with employers, community organisations and other stakeholders to support progression and inclusion.
