Fake news is all around us. It fuels misinformation, stokes fear and polarises society. It’s important to be able to fact-check and spot when information may not be true.
What a successful first half term we have had! Work placements are now better than ever, Nuneaton have a farm to care for, and more money than mischief was raised for Macmillan Cancer Charity – at lots of coffee mornings across our sites, with delicious cakes made by our very own Pathway One & Two students!

Hello, I am Denzil, a second-year student at Homefield. I am an ambitious student and with the endorsement and encouragement of the college I have managed to achieve many things that will help me in life.
The year started busy as always, but it was a welcome relief to be going into an academic year without the impact of the pandemic leading the priority of our work. Last week was National Apprenticeship Week (NAW2023). Apprenticeships are for anyone aged 16 or over at any stage of their career.
