Salary: £29,421 per annum (FTE) (23.5 hours per week / 52 weeks per annum)

Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Sports and Activities Lead to establish, manage and develop the sports and related activities at Homefield College. The role will work across all of curriculum to enable students to recognise their skills and ensure that students with SEND can both participate and achieve both within competitions and for themselves.

The successful candidate will have experience with running effective programmes including a comprehensive range of sports and inclusive competitive activities. They will manage a budget and promote sports throughout the college to increase participation. It is important that they can also manage external partnerships with organisations and community groups.

It is essential that the candidate has experience of operating within an education setting and ideally with SEND students.
