I am an experienced Finance leader with over 25 years of experience in multiple sectors and a history of driving growth. Experienced in supporting corporate, private equity and PLC businesses, I have held senior roles at Avon Cosmetics, Volkswagen, Holland & Barret, DFS and currently at M Group.
As a Homefield trustee, I will look to drive growth through appropriate commercial and financial decisions, ensure strong control and process compliance to enable Homefield College to deliver the optimal service to our students and their families.
Why did I become a Trustee?
Homefield College has very similar core values to my own: integrity, respect, dignity and compassion for all.
I am a firm believer of ‘one size does not fit all’… here at Homefield College, we take a holistic approach to inclusion and wellbeing, tailoring our support to our students based on individual needs and circumstances.
I am proud to be part of a Trustee board that supports the college to enrich the lives of young people and empower them to make positive and informed decisions about their future.
