Actual Salary:            £11,680.94 unqualified, £11,963.23 qualified (22.5 hours per week, term time) & £7,787.30 unqualified, £7,975.49 qualified (15 hours per week, term time)

                                    (£23,151.49– £23,710.99 FTE)

Contract:                    22.5 and 15 hours per week / 38 weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint 2 enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team. Based primarily at our Mountsorrel, Sileby or Barrow-upon-Soar sites, you will be working with young adults who have a wide range of learning disabilities, providing support for teaching, learning and assessment. You will play a vital role in enabling our students to achieve to their maximum potential, preparing them for adulthood and independent living.

The ideal applicant will have experience of working with young adults with learning difficulties and behaviours of concern with a minimum of level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.  You should be confident, organised, and able to work in a busy environment.
