Clerk to Trustees

Start Date: May 2024

Contract: Permanent – 200 hours per annum (may vary)

Salary: £4112.00 per annum

At the end of April 2024, our current Clerk is stepping down from her role. We are seeking to appoint an experienced professional who would want the flexibility that such a role would bring. It is anticipated that on average 200 hours per anum would be required but this could vary. The role will attract an annual salary of £4,112. Additional hours would be paid separately against a claim form.

Applicants are expected to demonstrate the following;

  • – Excellent organisational and self-management skills
  • – Experience of producing accurate and detailed meeting minutes, organising meetings, events and preparing agendas.
  • – Experience of maintaining accurate records and creating professional documents and correspondence
  • – That they can command the confidence and respect of the Board
  • – The capability to assimilate knowledge in order to seek and provide advice
  • – Experience of forming effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
